CRM Automation Project (Dr. Cinik)

Building the Zoho CRM infrastructure for Dr. Cinik from scratch, with workflows, dashboards, segmentation and mailing automations.

The Zoho CRM infrastructure at Dr. Cinik was built from scratch and taken live. Workflows and functions were developed with Zoho Deluge, and operational dashboards and KPI screens were prepared with Zoho Analytics. A segmentation system and mailing automations digitalized the processes of sales, operations and marketing teams.
